We guarantee that you will be happy with your order. If anything is not to your satisfaction, please reach out to us and we will try and make it right. Whether it is a refund, the same item re-issued, or a substitute item, just respond to the order confirmation email with what the issue was and please attached a photo of the faulty item. We will get to it within 1-2 business days.
